To all the divine nurturers and protectors who answered the call! Thank you! Uniting with this greatcycle challenge and receiving your support means so much to me! we crushed the $600 goal by more than double!!! Thank you! Best year record! This year was a great success even with the miles. I have being struggling with an ankle tear ligament; almost didn’t take the challenge but I’m glad to report I almost reach my 100 miles goal. Learning patience with limitations, understanding that is ok not to be ok and to listen to my body is part of the journey. Clearly this is about bringing support to these children who are straggling with much bigger needs; and they kept cheering along side my rides! What a great community! Thank you again! Let’s keep our eyes on the goal!
When you are being responsible, honest, deeply loyal, and ethical and value doing what is right over quick or easy shortcuts you don’t have to worry against sneaky vipers that want to stain your name and reputation. People with values will know who you are and will defend your honor and know the truth because your actions speak louder than words. Like the mongoose against the snakes; you will triumph in the end! Stay focus on what is important to your life mission, and your reflexes, agility and wisdom will carry you on to new victories! Keep your head up and don’t get distracted by nuisance! We are responsible for our own peace so we must guard it and when we do our best we are in line with the universal victory!
Be grateful: Anchor your mind. Appreciate the opportunity to try, the health you have, and the chance to make progress today.
Prepare: Control the controllables. Lay out your tools, map your strategy, and eliminate distractions before you start.
Show up: Eliminate hesitation. Put yourself in the chair, on the field, or at the desk—even if you do not feel like it.
Get it done: Execute with focus. Finish what you started, cross the finish line, and take pride in the output.
We might not realize the impact we have with those who surround us by our unspoken actions; these speak volumes to others. This could be a little spark that creates harmony or pure harm. That’s why taking care of ourselves is important. Then we can be healthy around others. When we hurt; others suffer too. Especially our loved ones that want to see us well. Our well being is a must! Remember today: what’s your spark? Are you creating warmth around others or burning forests? It’s important because it’s your environment to breathe and live. Continue to be a good example and be awesome!
As we pedal away; instinctively we balance ourselves in a bicycle. We choose a path that looks good and follow it; similar to life. We are continually facing challenges along the way. It is up to us to take the opportunity to grow and learn. We can develop patience and slowly transform ourselves into a more mature and experienced human being. Making better choices; departing from roads that continually get us flat and take us no where.
They are lessons well learned; experiences teaching us the worthy road to follow. Stay open minded to try new things, keeping in mind our habilitates as they change with time and age, some growing stronger, and some teaching is to be gentle with ourselves. We all encounter different limitations, yet the cycles of life and it’s nature shows up for us all, teaching us patience, slow transformation, persistence and inviting us to embrace the chance. Have a fabulous day! Thank you for your continual support!
My heart is full of gratitude for having you uniting with me in this greatcycle challenge! The whole month of September I will be bike-riding adding miles as I go! Bringing awareness that these wonderful children cancer researchers exist and are working hard to assist in more than one way! Causes like this deserves our support. Thank you again! Come along my journey!
