San, I got you !!!!!

Well, I am getting a late start on posting this, but I have some awesome friends on Facebook, that I know will support this worthy cause. I have an extraordinary person in my life that has been battling cancer for a while now and winning every day. I will ride my 200 miles to fight childhood cancer, but I'm really riding for you. This is the person that taught me to fight no matter great the odds fight and never give up. This is the person that gave me a ride to work when I had no transportation and made sure I ate when I had no food. Ever since I can remember, you never let anyone say that you could not do something. I've seen you outwork most men on your worse day. I also remember being the first to graduate in your field and you made history. This is my childhood hero. I am riding for you!

My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
